Policies & FAQs

No refunds. Due to the custom nature of our classes registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the class can be rescheduled for another class within the next six months.

Payment is due at registration. If you do not complete the payment process your spot will not be held.

Minimum Age

Minimum Age to participate in one of our classes is 8 years old. We do suggest that a parent joins any child between the ages of 8-11 during their class session to help them with their sign.

We do offer teen classes that are simpler for kids to start off with. Our teen classes are marked as such.

We do not recommend kids to participate in our more difficult adult sign classes. These are priced $45+.

If a participant brings in an infant or child under the age of 12, they will be asked to reschedule for a different workshop.

If I have personal conditions that make me unable to complete any step of the project or I am asked to complete any task I do not feel I can safely complete I will immediately ask for assistance. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself.

I further agree to release and discharge Anne Brandon for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in the workshops or my presence in the facility whether caused by me, Upfinished Furniture or any third party.
